There is no air conditioning. The area has plenty of trees, so the hotel is not sun-soaked, but you should be aware of this if you plan to spend your summer daylight inside. There are no insect nets at the windows. I didn’t hear mosquitoes, but then again, we had one of those electric mosquito repellent units on all night The mattresses were rather noisy. Not over-the-top, but if you are a very light sleeper travelling with company, you should be aware of this. The street in front of the hotel is not a big boulevard of anything, but again, if you are a light sleeper during summer when you might need the windows to be opened, you should be aware of this.

While this is basically a communist hotel with some new furniture, it was clear that someone took a great interest in making this hotel look good and clean; the paint seemed reasonably new, the furniture, while not necessarily expensive, looked decently new, so yeah, compared to some other, more fancier places I’ve stayed, I feel the managers really tried to make this place look best, and I feel they succeeded. There was a Fridge, a TV set and Hair Dryer in the room; also, plenty of power sockets Plenty or parking space. The internet worked very good for me. I arrived late, but there was someone at the reception to greet me. I felt that, had I arrived in winter, I would have found the room to be warm

The smell in the room was awful. There was an improvised exhaust pipe from the toilet and the door from the toilet wasn’t working, we couldn’t close it at all. There is no elevator, so it’s quite uncomfortable if you have a troller as a luggage

There's no tooth paste body wash or soap mattress and pillow. If they changed will be come 6 🌟 star

The hotel seems to be something like a post-soviet organization. Noise isolation in the rooms is very poor -- we heard an alarm from the next room. Pillows are very bad -- they are standard size but the filler is almost gone, so you need to crunch the pillow twice to have at least some volume. The corridors were always dark unless we turned on the light on our own, the staff didn't care about it. The Interner was awful -- on the second floor, it was absent even though the signal was ok. When we claimed to the staff, they just smiled and said the issue was in a too big number of people... They don't care, so if you need the Internet to plan your holiday, you need to sit in the hall.

It is ok to stay overnight, don't expect anything extraordinary. The hotel provides free parking that is good in the conditions when parking in the city must be paid.

Nice staff. Lady at reception desk was extremely nice and polite, she gave a city map with clear instructions for main site visits, withouth asking her. Big compliments to her. City centre is app 30 minutes by walk. If you are not a fan of walking, there is a bus station behind the corner. Quiet area, available parking place.
