Rooms are basic and not perfectly clean. It was very could at night as they did not heat the hotel and the receptionist told us to use AC to warm up.

The hotel is very central and easy to get to, very nice staff.

The fact that at the beginning the heating system didn't work and when i called at the reception they didn't have anybody to send in my room to fix it. I had to figure it out alone. Communication with guests should be more effective, if there is a problem, they should at least try to solve it, not to say no.

I liked the fact that the hotel was in the center of the city.

Central location (as per the name!), basic but comfortable room. Highlight was the friendly reception staff and the early check-in after an overnight sleeper train.

The hotel doesn’t have parking. You have to park on the city parking but the hotel staff didn’t mention to us and we got fine $97. To park at the city parking is expensive For one day and you have to have an app on the phone TPark for Timisoara only From 8pm is free until 8am. They have to do something about it.

It’s a bit old and there was a weird smell from the curtains which was a bit unpleasant. The light in the hallway and and bathroom have moving sensors and also turns on during the night when there is no one moving, which is kind of annoying because you will wake up.

Comfortable beds, air conditioning, superb location, check in during the night.

We had no problems apart from the tricky parking.

The hotel is just around the corner from the town centre. There is paid street parking out front during the day but you need to be lucky. In the evening it is free and helps late arrivals. The hotel is clean and wifi fine. The receptionist was also helpful with both parking and restaurants. The breakfast was also satisfactory.

The only i didn't like was the pillow, a bit too soft

The bed and pillow was too soft - it looks like the rubber in the pillow has disintegrated. the duvet was a little itchy for my skin, Should have told me i could skip the breakfast so i can have a better breakfast in one of the cafe outside - breakfast items does not look very appetising

Some plant pots were placed on the stair case which is the emergency exit. I appreciate the effort with the plants, but the emergency stairs should be cleared.

There was no pressure in the shower so my first show took 20min as there were only some drops coming out of the shower. After my complain I could immediately change the room and that did not have this issue.

Nice hotel right in the center, so all attractions are close by. Staff friendly and breakfast varied and adequate. Special thanks to the safe parking of the motorcycle in the courtyard.
