There was a little discoloration of the grout in the shower but this did not detract from how cosy and clean the place felt. I would have loved some hair conditioner (but having stayed in two other hotels in Romania I don't think it is something that is normally provided)

Every single member of staff was so lovely and really no request was too much for them. The breakfast was good and the room smelt really clean. It is very close to a fab restaurant (sera Eden) and not too far from the Old Town.

There was no tea at breakfast -only coffee.

The breakfast was better than I anticipated. A lovely lady Flores cooked cheese omelette for me and there was cereal, toast, pastries etc.

Both the room and the premises were very clean. Very easy check in and out process. The people who run the hotel are very polite, friendly and professional. I had to check out very early to catch an early flight and I was going to miss breakfast and so they made me a packed breakfast to take with me. This was great and I really appreciated it! Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options to choose from. WiFi was good, with strong signal.

Breakfast was great, the staff was very helpful and especially Flori provided great support. Location was great, it is centrally situated, next to parks and public transport is easy to access and use. The room was clean and the bed size/quality was great.

The bed was comfortable, but it creaked with every movement, disturbing my wife. The hotel doesn't have a lift, and the stairs are quite uncomfortable. We had issues both upon arrival and departure while carrying our luggage. But I must mention that we are not so young couple

We had a great stay! Being just 10 minutes from Ateneu and 15 minutes from the Old City is convenient. Plus, having the Metro station just a 5-minute walk from the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast was very good. The stuff indeed politely

We had an amazing stay here! Everything that we needed and really kind and helpful staff. We really miss the cheese and ham omelettes now we’ve come home, honestly the best omelettes we’ve EVER had, so delicious. Great value for money and perfect location just outside of the main Centre near some great restaurants, bars and shops for essentials.

I didnt't like the power of the water in the shower. It was always a problem to wash my hairs and it took long time all the time.

The location was very central but quite. I liked the breakfast a lot. Liked the bed. Room was small but comfy. Staff was speaking well english and always ready to help. Wi-Fi quality was very good. Cleaning was every day.
