Better care can be taken on surrounding areas (greens). The apartment house is ageing need some investments to keep up better standard.

- no possibility to dry your clothes. Dear Sirs, kindly ask you to bought the clothes dryer. - very noisy during Friday - Saturday (up to 6:30 AM) because of night club is located next to hotel. The closed doors/windows can solve the noise but the loudly music till the 6:30 is not acceptable.

The furniture in the apartment is pretty dated. Bed is not that comfortable, soft mattress and you can feel every little move

The apartment is located just on the beach, the location is perfect. Large living room and bedroom. It was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, a decent variety of salty and sweet choices. You get discount at their beach and restaurant - Ammos.

Excelent location, close to the beach But also close to nightclubs ... So it was.noisy till the morning (in the weekends)

Slightly overpriced and noisy during weekends as there are several clubs nearby (but as an advantage we witnessed several fireworks). With the windows closed the music didn't bother us. Not related to the hotel, compared to other locations the seaside in the area is no longer suitable for small kids as the water deepens quickly.

The hotel was nice and the room decent, well equipped with almost everything one might need for a short stay. Special thanks to the staff who were all kind and helpful.

The same proximity that is wonderful during the day is an absolute nightmare in the night. There are 3 nightclubs that are battling who has better speakers and the combination of 3-4 styles of music last all night. The last blast of music will stop at 7 AM! This should be completely illegal but anything can happen here…

The noise in weekend.

Absolutely fantastic location! On the beach!!!! A bit noisy in the weekend, but great for being close to the beach, specially if you stay on the ground floor.

Never again over weekend. Sleeping in the night not possible due to very loud music from the Ammos restaurant and clubs around. Music did stop at 6.00 in the morning. Food quality in Ammos restaurant below expectations and prices for food and drinks are ridiculously high.

Check in was ready even earlier. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. Choices also available for kids.

Front of the sea view studios were like a construction site, and garden was in a very bad shape, as it was our view before sea, sands had many many sharp objects, its a must to wear slippers when you are at the beach, for the same amount you can get a very lux apartment in front of the sea.

The hotel could do a bit more on the cleanliness side - I mean that couch was so dirty I doubt it has ever seen any cleaning up. The bath also should be a bit more clean and updated. For 100e per night you would expect at least the bare minimum. The breakfast was ok but the orange juice had gone bad. We told them but they didn't replace it :))

I liked the size of the room, the fact that it was literally on the beach and that it was very close to all the nice places. Also had large parking at our disposal right across the street. The room had a mini chicinette and a mini bar which was appropriately stuffed.
