Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaIt is more of an inconvenient and a suggestion regarding the bathroom heat which is non existent . During winter there is a discrepancy between the temperature in the room and the one in the bathroom, bathroom being too cold.
The property is nice and clean. You can tell that they spent some funds on the design and amenities of the room, most of the utilities being automatic and within touch . The host was very nice, respectful and supportive .

Great location, very close to historic center, but on a quiet street. Room is small but comfortable, has everything you could need. All necessary amenities in a bathroom. Small court for smoking people (we didn’t use, but checked it). Host is nice and helpful, provided us with a free parking spot, told where to go, where to eat and what to see.

RomaniaThe bathroom has a window, but that window doesn't lead to the outside, but actually to something that looks like a storage room I guess. The lack of natural light because being on the ground floor, the room we stayed in had the window facing the main street, and people could pass by and just look inside the house if you were to open the shades, and the terrace door doesn't do enough to light up the room during the day. Water from the shower will end up near the toilet too, because it runs out of the shower instead of in the drain. There is no trash can in the room, only a small one in the bathroom.
The bed was big and comfortable, the room was equipped with a coffee maker (pods) and the area is a pretty quiet one, very close to the city center (5 minutes walk to the main square).

beautiful and clean room, there is a floor heating! everything is very technological and works well. there is a coffee machine and everything we needed. located in a quiet street, perfect location about 7 minutes by foot from the main square. private parking which was very comfortable. the owner is really nice and responsive, arrived immediately when we called that we are on our way and want to check in. we will defiantly stay here again if come back to Braşov.

GreeceThere is a street parking place if you have a car, but when you leave other neighbours may park their cars there. They leave their telephone number to call them. The owners of the room helped every time we need it.
