We had a great stay at Topaz Apartment in Brasov. The apartment features a very spacious bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, all equipped with modern amenities. We especially enjoyed the nice balcony where we could relax and drink our coffee in the morning. The location is convenient, being just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from stores if you need anything. It was also fantastic to have our own parking spot. The easy self-check-in system was very helpful since we arrived a bit late in Brasov.

Excellent apartment located within a modern residential complex, easily accessible, particularly convenient for car travelers. Ideal for couples; we were highly pleased with it! The host was very friendly and offered a lot of information.

It was a spacious apartment that had a little balcony. Had multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money. Good apartment if you have a car to travel into town.

As the bathroom was brand new, there was no shower curtain, so the floor in the bath was wet after shower.

Vrey very clean and private, spacious flat. Allocated parking space. We self-checked with no issues as the host sent me very clear complete step by step explanation. I will definitely book the again next time in Brasov

It's a bit far away form city center, you need a car to get around.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine and the big screen TV. Parking lot available. Quiet area, stores in the vicinity.

Different room is proposed instead of those booked.As per host picture on the site was picture of them office room. Quality of room looks the same but different design. Kitchen is with 1 chair only. Towels as well not enough for 2 persons. Bench in entrance hall is broken. Push button in toilet is dropping down into bowl.

It wasn't clean. All the cutlery was sticky and dirty. The sheets were really dirty. I had to stay 6 houra to was and dry the sheets so I can sleep on the bed (which was full of dust and had stains) No understanding from the owner. Her solution was. He can leave and no refund. Had to clean the toilet. It had mold on the side.

Looking for accommodation in Brasov during hot months I usually apply pretty specific filters to my search- I m looking for AC, for a balcony, a spacious unit, etc. This apt seemed to have it all. When I checked in I noticed the apt didn't quite look like the pictures, some of the features were changed or maybe this was another unit. This raised a red flag but I though I should let it go, since the apt was spacious and looked decent, overall. I started looking around for an AC, just to discover the apt doesn t have one, with over 30 degrees C outside and over 27 inside. Trying to contact the property, I had no timely answer so I contacted booking.com to ask for advice and a relocation. The relocation wasn't possible but they were able to offer me a discount so I believed the whole ordeal was over. This was happening around already 9 pm. A few minutes after my calls with booking.com the owner called me. This is where things started going south quickly. She started yelling over the phone that she wants me out of the apt and she ll reimburse all the costs (9 pm, again, in a foreign city, me being a female travelling alone) because she knows "my type" of tourists, that complain about every little thing (the lack of AC, in my case, which this apt has it clearly listed as one of its features) and she doesn't want to host me anymore. I tried to explain that it's late and I would be able to find accommodation on my own as I don't know the city that well but I would be willing to leave if I'd get some assistance with this process, like recommendations or even a referral. This kept going for over 10 minutes in which this lady kept yelling and yelling and not allowing me to utter more that a couple of words a minute. Things were clear, she wanted me out without caring about my safety or comfort whatsoever. Only after I managed to tell her that I booked and paid for the apt through booking.

The apt is spacious, probably well suited for a couple. It has the basic amenities that could make your stay comfortable (plates, glasses, spacious fridge). The building has an elevator which is a plus given the fact the apt is at the 5th floor.

In this review I will present the full experience I had with the 3 night reservation. The apartment was nice, it had all the mentioned accomodations mentioned. I was given all the information to retrieve the keys to the apartment, which I do appreciate since no one has to wait for you and you get there when you have the possibilty. The first impression when I got to the door I saw a bag of trash from the last people who stayed there, I presume it was from the person who cleaned the apartment. I checked drawers to see all the available utensils and devices. But once I opened cupboard the dishes and cups were not cleaned properly, but it was ok I wash them again anyway just to be sure. The bathroom was fine. The kitchen was fine. Inconvenient that there were no door/window net, especially for summer, would had liked a bit more information on that, but for winter would be fine. Once we wanted to sleep at about 3AM we started to see bugs coming from the matress, and there we a few, as shown in the picture. We messaged the administrator and he said that we will solve this problem in the morning. That night we could not sleep well, but the solution was relocation to another apartment which was pretty much similar as furniture placement but different colors. Maybe we were unlucky, but it was an unpleasant first night. The other apartment as I mentioned was the same, the dishes were way cleaner this time and we had a pleasant sleep for the rest of the 2 nights.
