“Every expectation we had was exceeded... the location is fantastic, the staff went above and beyond for our comfort, and the breakfast (with full view of the glorious Matterhorn🩷) was delicious, full and varied. After a long day exploring, the steam room and sauna restored us - and we slept very well afterwards! We will definitely recommend Mountain Paradise to family and friends... Thanks to Christina and Maree and the owners for making our first trip to Zermatt so comfortable.”

“The hotel design is great, many apples decoration, matched with the theme Eden. Remember to try the bakery next door, the cinnamon roll is delicious; and use the shuttle bus service back to the train station. Our room faces directly towards the Matterhorn, the view is nice. Enough space for two large luggages. All staff are very friendly and helpful, who helped to reheat our instant food and cleaned up the room when they knew there’re flies inside (which is occasional).”
