“We are a larger group and were very satisfied. there is a large garden and terrace. In the basement there is the sauna and the laundry room with its own washing machine. There is also a ski room and a boot dryer. The landlord is nice and available at any time.”
“Markus from the staff came back especially to give us the keys - he was super nice and cared for us to get some rest! he was super relaxed about coming back late at night to meet us, he gave us the room key and told us lets meet in the morning to finish the rest of the paperwork and payment. in the morning, we met him again he greeted us with such warm and big smile, and he helped us get the Kaprun card, told us about all the wonderful places we could see, and gave us directions to a nearby breakfast spot - really the services he gave us was above and beyond.”

“Stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Very clean and pleasant. Organised and well-supplied kitchen. Large and comfortable bed. Short (300m) walk from the free "K" ski bus (2x per hour) to the Gletscherjet 1 gondola that goes up the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Ski boot drying rack available in the ski room. 10 minute walk from Kaprun centre.”
