“I enjoyed staying in this apartment. The location is fabulous. Right next to the promenade and sea and in the centre of the old town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The view from the windows is lovely , able to see the beautiful sunset. It was very clean and spacious, with a smart tv in the living room and bedroom. It has working air con which I rarely used . A comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. And a good size modern kitchen. Ivan the host was always available and replied quickly . The instructions he gave for entry to the apartment were very straight forward. In all good value for money.”

Greeted by resident who showed us to our room, greeting us on arrival. Very friendly and spoke good English. This was on-top of communication via phone letting us know about our stay/arrival.
Room had a small balcony with table, chairs and washing line. Pleasant views with morning coffee.
Lovely, scenic, waterfront location, with small rocky beaches and rowing boats.
Convenience shop and restaurant short walk away.
As much of the country, the property has cats and are very well looked after.
Parking available right outside property, without charge.”

“The location is quite good. Near the podbrig beach (5-10 min by foot). Not too far from old town (10-15 min). You can find everything you need in the apartment. The owner answers soon after you send the request on whatsap. The parking is next to the building. The sign "for tenants only" is written (probably by the tenants :-))There is also area next to the wall where we always found free space for the car. Shopping market is near the building.”
