All the facilities are pretty old. The windows were kept open when we checked in the night due to which there were many mosquitoes. Since we had a little one with us, it was tough to sleep peacefully.

We just wanted a place to crash for few hours and this was a perfect one. Since it was very economically priced, I cannot expect more than what I got. The place was very clean

The wifi actually doesn't work in the rooms and that was my main criteria to pick a hotel so i was super disappointed. The listing should change that. The utensils to cook are old and not adequate. There should be at least salt and pepper in every studio. The flush doesn't work properly so there was poop inside the toilet when i arrived... You can hear everything that is happening in the corridor or next door ( especially showers and cooking ).

The location is perfect, independent and a little balcony. Super nice and spacious carpark. The staff is nice and friendly.

Google maps brings you to a slightly different location than the property, and we arrived late at night so it was a little confusing for us but we figured out we just needed to walk one street over! Also the appliances are a bit out of date, but for the amazing price and beautiful location it is completely understandable and okay!

U apartman nista nije ulozeno zadnjih 30-40god.Cak su i zidovi u 6 razlicitih starih boja sa mlion fleka.Tv od prije 40god.i ne radi mu ton.Posudje ,solje i escajg-sve na raspar,po jedan komad!Stolnjak na, stolu-3 stare museme jedna preko druge.Poderane zavjese!!!NIKAKO NA SHVATAM DA NEKO U SVOJU IMOVINU NE ZELI ULOZITI NI JEDNOG JEDINOG EURA!!!

The location was simply fantastic, one minute to the beach and 10 minute ride to the city center. Absolutely amazing host and super quite and calming place. If you're looking for a great place with an amazing view, I definitely suggest trying it out.

The room is in a horrible horrible condition: the AC unit is barely working and COMPLETELY COVERED WITH MOLD!!!!! (see the photo I attached), electric outlets with bits of wiring are falling out of the wall, no WiFi network, radiator is leaking slowly so you have a constant little flood in the bathroom, the shower cabin can barely close and even if you manage to do it, the plastic door then starts falling out of it's frame soon, spider webs and balls of dust everywhere (the bed lamps were so dusty you could see the dust falling from them for 10 seconds after turning them on), balcony doors didn't close properly so there was a constant draft and water from the rain coming in, tiles are cracked, bed is extremely low and it's broken on one side so I kept falling off during the night, walls are painted in 30 different shades, and the bed sheets already had massive stains on them upon arrival. Not acceptable even for this price, since it would take minimal effort from the owners to bring this room back to operational conditions, but apparently they do not care about the health and safety of their guests. Shame.

Amazing sea view, beach is only around 50m away, the city Sukošan is really nice and there are a lot of bars that are open until 2 am, people are extra friendly, especially the owners, and there are a lot of free parking space on the property.

Very peaceful location with the sea view, there are buses and uber, but if you are by car even better. The staff was very kind and helpful, will come back one day.

No hot water and no help from hosts so we had to have cold showers or go to marina, asked for a R1 receipt but so far none received
