“An exceptional stay with a vibe that combines classic chique with modern standards as of the facility and staff. Fantastic breakfast, a welcoming, attentive and well-trained team. A breathtaking view and an evening kitchen with so much attention to detail. The wooden rooms and big balconies are a big plus. Shuttle service made the stay very convenient despite not being centraly located. We would stay again without checking other options (unless booked out).”

“I liked the hotel very much! Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. The room smells of wood. Excellent view from the window to the Matterhorn. The room is spacious. Very friendly administrator, smiling and attentive woman. The room is quiet and warm. Very clean. There is a kettle in the room - it's very convenient! Delicious breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - near the ski lift and the train station. If there was a free room the next day, I would also stay. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Thank you.”

“The location Is close to the city centre of Zermatt and the breakfast was simple but considering it's a hostel I can say it was good, I booked a room and I was expecting to rent a towel but it was available in the room, the luggage store need a 2CHF but I didn't have and the receptionist helped me.”
