“Lovely hotel, the staff were all excellent and made the experience for us. A big shout out to Fernando on the Alagua poolside bar, who was so pleasant and great fun. Also Siliva the masseuse in the Asana wellness area was incredible (I went back for another massage, as she relaxed me so much during my aromatherapy treatment).
The pools were gorgeous, and there were enough deck chairs / meal times never felt a squeeze for such a large hotel. The half board option left us with lots of credits, even at the end of our stay.
The hotel was very modern and clean. The rooftop pools and bar section in particular gave very luxurious vibes with its day beds (as if we'd walked into love island). A couple of shops and nice places to go for a coffee or eat nearby (we went for an indian). Easy enough to catch the bus to Los Christianos. Can hire scooters to get to the nearby hard rock cafe and shopping centre. But you may need a bus or taxi if not renting a car and you plan on going out and about as it's in quite a quiet location.”
“An amazing break for the family. Extremely good facilities, all brand new and working perfectly. The staff were amazing and very helpful. A kind smile was always on everyone you interacted with. I particularly liked the QR accessible system for booking cleaning or requesting services. Additionally, the hotel transport to the beach and adjacent sister hotel was very useful and quick to arrive. The food was great and the location appropriately quiet. Some have complained about the ongoing construction work but the impact was minimal and my son wanted to see the builders machines every day anyway! Overall a great stay and will definitely come again! A special mention to Thomas on transport, the lifeguards and the staff in the pool restaurant!”
