The room we were staying is nice, however the air conditioning wasn't working. We asked for service but the technician was not telling the truth that he didn't fix it, it took us few days to ask him to come repetitively and we stayed in the room to ensure he fix it, true enough in few minutes it was fix. Asked him to explained what has he fix the days before and he couldn't explained but giving lots of excuses. On the other hand housekeeping was great as well, everyday there are missing replenishment ie no towel, bo floor mat, no shower gel, bin wasn't emptied and we constantly has to call. Imagine babies big nappies in the room for days. The hotel is great and service was great for those u can/need to pay on the spot/on demand but need improvement and close supervising on the in room paid services, as for the location, if service isn't great, you will not enjoy a relaxing holiday in hotel

The pools are smaller than they seem on the pictures. Also, the water was not as clean as in other hotels we stayed in, surely a thing to improve

Terraces’ cleanliness could be improved.

Great stuff, lovely meeting Alexandru there as well! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, amazing bathroom, at the 12th floor! Great view! Breakfast was fine and the hotel facilities were good as well. They gifted me a cake for my birthday and some discounts😊

Everything was absolutely great. Heated pools for a kid, good variety of drinks for all inclusive, amazing and super friendly stuff. There was no problems with the language as everything spoke good English. We can recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something chilling.

Other guests going to the pools at 8am to put their towels on chairs and stretchers is tolerated… I saw people leaving for lunch and coming back 1.5hrs later and that was fine… can’t imagine what it would look like in summer.

Only down side is there are no locks on the doors to the balcony, so kittle man who sleep walks could bet onto there no problem, but literally that was the only peve

Went with an 8 year old and my girlfriend. The hotel was amazing, staff were friendly, food was amazing, plenty to do for children and comfortability in the rooms was at its peak. I would definitely stay again and I do not say that about a lot of places 😁

If they isolate the two sinks completely even if this makes the room a bit smaller but would have more privacy when washing.

Food: we took half board in Hard Rock Hotel, and it was the best food (breakfast & Dinner) among the rest of the Canary Islands hotels, though other hotels were also 5 stars. They have a great verity, quality food and delicious. Pool: it was warm enough to enjoy swimming in the unexpected cold weather. Room: was spacious with contemporary set up and furniture, but didn't like the idea of the sinks in the room with no partition.

Reservation messed our booking up ! There was wrong price in the system, I was told I had only breakfast included when half board was booked and was given room without ocean view when booking clearly stated sea view…

The food in the Asian restaurant was a little disappointing as it wasn't hot and didn't really match expectations. My bass was okay, rice was luke warm and a bit stodgy
