Continuation of what we didn't like as there isn't enough space to write. The TV stopped working and they were unable to repair it or replace it. The toilet wouldn't flush so every time we used it we had to take the tank lid off and manually flush. The freezer needs to be defrosted in room 31 so it can be used. We understood why our socks were black when we walked by the cleaning cart one day and saw that the mop bucket water was black as they use the same mop water from room to room. We told them that was not sanitary and every room should be cleaned with new cloths and clean water in the bucket all you do is carry everything from room to room and we will never ever stay there again and they refused to give us any of our money back. No refund at all. And this was only one of the rooms. we had 2.”
