    “Location is great, just down a small street in the middle of all the action. Under the hotel there is a bar which was very convenient! We were at the back of the hotel and noise was not an issue. The room was a good size and the bathroom was okay too. The hotel hire scooters which was convenient to get around during the day. Reception can also provide you with a hairdryer if needed and were always friendly when I had a query.”

    “As soon as we entered the property, we saw the sofa was filthy; it was dirty, discoloured and stained. We contacted the management company (Club Miracle) & requested another property, but we were told the alternative properties were fully booked. They arranged for the sofa to be cleaned later that afternoon, this improved the look of the sofa (although it was still discoloured), but as you’d expect, the sofa was wet and unusable afterwards. We were prepared to stay at the villa after they partially resolved the sofa issue, but we found the apartment needed a thorough clean; the toilet and bathroom sinks hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathmats were dirty, and the blinds were dirty and dusty. The spare/additional pillows had no pillowcases and were stained. We had no running water from the evening until approx. 11 am the following day, which was very inconvenient as we couldn’t shower or flush the toilets. We had to use the toilets at the gym! To feel comfortable and not to ruin the last two days of our (17 day) holiday we decided we couldn’t remain at the property. At this point we informed the management company (Club Miracle) that due to the lack of basic cleanliness we were totally dissatisfied, as such we’d be leaving the property, and we expect a full refund. I contacted the Club Miracle several times after vacating the property to confirm we'd receive a refund, but they ignored our messages.”
