    “When your buyer pulls out a few days before exchange you want a bit of cheering up, decided last minute to go away and booked Tor Farm. Not stayed before but it was perfect and ticked every box. We generally only leave a review if it's for somewhere good we have stayed, but there is something about Tor Farm; the quality of the lodge, the professionalism, the welcome and the area itself that exceeds every expectation of self catering and I would honestly rate it 20/20 if the system allowed and we have not thought that way about anywhere else we have stayed on a self catering basis.”

    “Basic stopover hotel..Staff are always fabulous, we stay here often when visiting relatives in Weston Super Mare, it's a really handy no-frills base. We did not book the breakfast, by the way but we prefer to do our own thing anyhow.”

  • “If you give a poor review, you will be waiting well over 14 days to get your deposit back regardless how nice you left the caravan and the photographic evidence you can provide. This is a very good lesson on dealing with very poor customer services. I am having to get various people involved, including Trading standards! I have also had to raise my complaint to booking.com customer services. The owner told them they had paid my deposit back, but to date I am still waiting for this, I am now on day 18!!! The owner's response to my review advised I was due £110.00 back due to the issues we experienced. They have confirmed the deposit they were paying back, but I have not received a penny yet. I feel people need to understand that the content of their response is untrue. I use booking.com regularly and I have never experienced this poor service and have never felt the need to post a bad review.”
