We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautifully quiet spot in pretty quiet village. The house was delightful, full of character and beautiful things.! Breakfast, although vegetarian was truly excellent, best fruit salad, and perfectly toasted sour dough toast with a huge variety of preserves, plus great choice of cereals ad muesli. Hosts were warm and welcoming and we had use of the kitchen for drinks. The house was spotless and our room pretty and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more!

I liked everything about my stay at Ivy Cittage. The cottage is presented beautifully. My bedroom had a fabulous comfy bed and superb bedding. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were just brilliant.

This bed and breakfast is a real find. Diana and Chris are fantastic hosts, very warm and welcoming, and basically opened their gorgeous cottage up to us. Everything was very chic and clean and fresh, and the continental breakfast they provided was just fabulous. Huge selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt, juices and hot drinks of your choice. They are a fun and friendly couple, and provided us with lots of good suggestions over our 2 night stay. They also, however, gave us our space. Our room had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable, with quality bed linen. Pristine bathroom with good quality, large towels. We can't say enough in praise of this accommodation. We absolutely loved our stay. Diana and Chris were so welcoming and accommodating, and have opened up their home for guests to enjoy. Everything was very comfortable, and there were lots of lovely touches which made us feel welcome. We made a last minute booking after working at Glastonbury festival so we could stay in the area for one more night before making the long drive home. Diana and Chris greeted us with a wonderful welcome even though we arrived tater than we thought we would. The rooms and beds were comfortable, spacious and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries The breakfast was delicious and substantial - with fruits from the garden, cereals, toast, juice and tea and coffee. We would definitely stay here again at the first opportunity we get. Thanks Diana and Chris!
