“Excellent stay”
“Our host Daniela was exceptionally helpful, giving lots of advice for beaches, transport, restaurants etc. We had a beautiful roof top terrace all to ourselves , an ideal place for meals or morning coffee . We had the beach close by and a short walk into the historic old town center. The bus for Erica stops outside the property front door.”

“The communication with the owner was very fast, flexible and without problems. Peppe is a very nice person and everything went smooth. He was willing to help with anything we needed and was very flexible. We liked the position of the house in terms of driving elsewhere (Scopello in 50 minutes, Castelamare del Golfo even less, San Vito lo Capo also about an hour drive). However, as the apartment is in a narrow street and on the ground floor, all the noises and sounds from the street are very loud and that was a bit disturbing. The place has two bathrooms, which is perfect for a larger company of guests. What is a plus is a nearby quite big grocery store, several choices of restaurants within 2 to 5 minutes of walk, beautiful beach some 20-minute walk.”
“Fabio went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. He also recommended restaurants and tourist attractions, which were most helpful. He was a fantastic host.
I would highly recommend anyone coming to Palermo to stay here.”

“The location, not far onto the island, made all areas easily reached, and also reduced the walk from the bus/rail station. The immediate area isn't the most scenic, but even without a view, the terrace is a great asset, and we used it a lot. Just be sure to close the door if you don't want cats in the apartment". The apartment is light and spacious. Though you don't meet them, the managers were responsive and helpful.”
