Very clean and located in the best neighborhood of palermo, between Kalsa with all the cool bar and restaurants and the city historic center. Our host Giulia was the best.

It was a bit expensive for a basic aesthetic. I booked last minute so it was the best option for me but there are places with more character for less money.

Not a fault of the property or the host but because of the location it is susceptible to street noise.

Excellent location. Very comfortable bed. The apartment had everything one might need during a stay. Good Internet connection. Bars, restaurants just around the corner. In the heart of the historic city centre of Palermo. Giulia is a great host and nothing was too much trouble for her.

The mattress in the master bedroom was strange with a wavy top but I slept well. Also the vinyl backboard is peeling off and you have to pick the “crumbs” off the bed. The apartment could use a little sprucing up, such as the counter in the bathroom.

Perfect location and perfect host. Giulia is the most helpful and kind person. The apartment was very quiet. I would recommend.

Was not a big problem for us, but we were not able to get international channels on the TV. The building is old, so it does not have an elevator, so you will be carrying your bags up flights of stairs. Would have liked a coffee maker.

The location was perfect to explore central Palermo on foot. Close to restaurants, shops, sights as well as close to the marina. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with great storage. Giaulia was an amazing host, she returned texts immediately and was always available. She was a great help with finding a parking garage for us, there are a lot of restrictions on parking in the city.

the sink of the bathroom is unpractical, water splashes everywhere. there is no toiletries products, and no breakfast included ( not even coffee pads).

The room was fantastic and Giulia was a great host! We arrived in the evening by bus (The bus stop was behind the station but pretty dark and no taxi nor people!) and were wondering to find a way which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. We got a call from Giulia and she came to pick us up! How sweet she is! She recommend the restaurants, where to go, how to get on the local buses and negotiated with taxi company which does not do local pick up/drop off in town for us.

the location of the apartment is perfect as it is close to most of the restaurants and main attractions places. Giulia is very kind and perfect host and she helped us for almost everything such as finding a nice restaurants nearby as well as finding a parking sport near the apartment.

Great location with a great host! The apartment was very clean, spacious and very silent, we felt really comfortable staying for a whole week. Location was just superb, cool restaurants and bars nearby as well as a big supermarket 5 min away. The cherry on top was the host Giulia who was extremely friendly and helpful our entire stay! Definitely recommend

Apartment was nice but the bathroom and kitchen need to be painted. There were stains on the wall above the cooker and sink which need to be cleaned and stains on the bathroom floor. An iron would be handy in the apartment
