“Ample space, clever layout, clean but above all the staff service level and communication right from the time of booking. All questions were responded to, and always with kindness and courtesy. They came to our rescue yesterday almost immediately when the floods came and we had to be moved to another of their amazing apts (definitely a few levels up from what we booked originally). They were very gracious in supporting an extra day of stay since we were stranded. Ecaterina and Bronagh were always responsive and helped us in a very tough situation - staff even came and helped us bring our luggage when moving to the next apt. And they were so polite white waiting for us to pack etc.”

The hosts were very helpful and friendly, the 4th floor apartment was spacious and clean with ample storage. It was well equipped with comfortable furniture including a large couch and dining table, large beds and a TV including Netflix. The kitchen, although small, was also well equipped and we cooked most meals (as food ... and everything else ... is very expensive in St Moritz). The apartment overlooked the athletics track and was a 600m flat walk to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and the lake.”
