We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property information

3.5 room apartment with 2 bedrooms and magnificent view of the mountains and the Untersee The flat has a cosy and well-equipped interior, ideal for holidays. With two bedrooms and a very comfortable double bed in each of them. From the master bedroom and the living room you can access the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the Untersee, as well as a table with chairs and a barbecue. There is also a sofa, wardrobe, cable TV, dining table and wifi. The flat has a practical, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and fondue and raclette set. There is also a cosy and modern bathroom with shower. IMPORTANT: Dear guest, it is possible that during your stay you may experience some disturbing noise from the construction works next to the building. In general the flat is well insulated from noise, but there is a possibility that you may experience some noise. Thank you for your understanding!

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in the centre of Arosa, close to the bus stop "Zentrum". The bus is also free of charge and will take you to any part of Arosa in a few minutes. The nearest ski lifts are Tschuggen-Ost, which is right next to the train station and only a few minutes walk or a bus stop away. The sports shop "Sprecher Sport" is in the immediate vicinity, a Coop supermarket opposite and several cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
