“Our car broke down close to São José dos Campos and we managed to book two rooms to stay overnight and pick up a rental car to continue our trip the next day. Our stay at Ibis was not planned. The location was very convenient because we were close to the car rental pick up.”

“I especially liked the staff. What makes Ibis Faria Lima captivating is its staff. The receptionists, the Peruvian restaurant and its chefs, servers (a shout-out to Valeria) and the exquisite dishes. Everybody is so polite and welcoming. The hotel building is really basic and needs some maintenance but it is impeccably clean.”
