“the room is beautiful and clean. the facility is good and the supplies are thoughtful. it just the air in the room is very dry at beginning and make me very uncomfortable. the staff seemed indifferent. and tonight it was late and raining and my cell phone was almost out of battery and I needed it to book hotel (their hotel was full), when I asked whether I could charge my phone for ten minutes, the staff said no and asked me to leave.”

He also gave me a map of the place and recommendations which made it easy for me to navigate my stay. I would definitely recommend this accomodation”

Spectacular sunrise from the room and terrace, and sunset over the caldera from view points and restaurants. Host Nick was great with his recommendations.
