“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager even let us use the pool after we checked out on a very hot day before our flight. Support staff were also very helpful in carrying all our bags to the taxi on a very hot Greek day.

“The maissonete was the best choice for us. It was a quiet place, spotless clean, smelled nice and it had a great caldera view. We were given water at the arrival and a lot of recomandations for restaurants and other activities to do in the area. The sunset from the balcony is amaizing. It was quite easy to find a parking spot nearby. Breakfast is excellent, with a lot of choices, served in the balcony. I would definately stay again.”
“It's difficult to begin explaining what a pleasant stay we had so I'll start with the most impressive, the staff. Lea (I hope I spelt it correctly) was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped arrange a very early checkin after an early flight into santorini, she offered to help book tours, booked an urgent taxi that arrived in 10 minutes. Her colleague even helped book an ATV on the other side of the island when we were staying at a DIFFERENT hotel. Warm staff immediately makes your stay so much more pleasant.
Secondly, the room itself. Immediately we noticed how clean the room was. Every surface was spotless. The entire hotel was as clean and not just the room we stayed in. I recognised how much effort goes into cleaning it as I constantly saw cleaning staff doing something. I even saw a lady clean the outside walls of the hotel on a daily basis. You can then extrapolate the effort that goes into the rooms. The room itself was very spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly (not always the case in Greece) and the bed as well as sheets pillows etc was very comfortable and clean.
Lastly, the location of the hotel is very convenient, literally a 10 minute walk to the Central of Fira.
In the end we wished we stayed longer as we didn't receive the same quality in other parts of santorini let alone the rest of Greece. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to santorini.”
