“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Special Studio in Center of San Diego" and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process and the warm welcome from the host. The studio itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style.
The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of San Diego, with easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in the city center, the studio was incredibly quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of my stay was the kitchen, which had everything I needed to prepare meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and towels provided. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected.
The host was exceptionally attentive and responsive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations for local dining and activities, which made my trip even more memorable.
Overall, my stay at the "Special Studio in Center of San Diego" was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation in San Diego. I can't wait to return!”
“This is the worst hotel I have ever seen, no exception. Please read through it patiently; it might be helpful for you.
I booked three days on Booking.com and paid for all three days in advance. The plan was for five people to stay. When I booked, it showed that the room could accommodate five people. The room had a single bed, a sofa bed, and a large bed.
1. When I booked, it showed the room size as 30 square meters, but in reality, it was not even 20 square meters. I have attached photos I took.
2. After checking in, seeing how small the room was, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the hotel manager and asked for a refund (my English is poor, so I used Google Translate to communicate with the manager). He told me that the room was the same as in the pictures and, since they were the same, they could not refund. I asked if they could just deduct the first day's room fee and refund the remaining two days. He said no. Then I asked if we could get a refund for the last two days if we didn't stay at all. He again said no. I ended the discussion and booked a room at a Best Western hotel, sending three people there. When I returned to this hotel, I found that the room access code had been changed, and I couldn't get into the room. I went to the hotel office, but no one was there. I called customer service, but no one answered. I sent messages to customer service, but there was no response. So, on the first day, I couldn't get into the room and had to book another hotel room.
3. The next morning, I found the room manager and asked why he had changed my room access code. He said he thought I wasn't staying there anymore, so he changed the code. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction and got a new access code, staying there on the second and third days.”
“Great location. Easy walking to Little Italy, downtown and Balboa park. Loved the little balcony.Anytime I had a question or needed anything, they were quick to respond and take care of it!”
