“The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful.
House keeping did a great job with cleaning. Everything from reception, up the stairs to the room felt clean the whole time (even during the rain). Shoe rack downstairs (shoes were not allowed inside). Note, no elevator.
Quiet, even though in centre. Perfect location, and very close to the pier.
Check-in process was okay, you had to fill out a small form while they put you on the WIFI network - WIFI was strong.
Aircon was great, it worked well.
Clothing rack/open cupboard in room.
Comfortable Bed (but pillows were a bit flat for my liking).
Thai TV Channels, and 2 English channels with Thai subtitles.
I had a small balcony (for fresh air), and sometimes had cats as visitors.
Fresh water, towels and toilet paper were supplied when the room was cleaned.
Water pressure in the shower was great - warm water (but it fluctuated while showering). Showerhead was adjustable and removable.
The building closes at 7pm, but if you have a room key, you should have a tag to access the building after 7pm - so it's safe. There are also cameras inside the building.”
