  “We were visiting the Furka Pass steam railway, and the hotel is conveniently situated for access to Oberwald station. Our comfortable room faced the woods and hill behind the hotel and had a spacious balcony overlooking the children's play area. We didn't use the balcony since there was several inches of snow on the night of our arrival, but it would be delightful in summer. The staff were exceptionally welcoming.”
