“Amazing views of the Ella rock and little Adams peak. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast that they provided was excellent. Got a good value for the money. about 1km walk from the Ella station and 700m to the town so it was really convenient.”
“Staying in this hostel is a great opportunity to get to know other backpackers, make tours together, have dinner and fun with other people.
It’s right in the center of Ella but in a quite spot.

“Upali’s places lives up to a true 10/10 rating! The room was incredibly comfortable and clean with attention to detail and everything we needed. He offered extremely friendly service for anything we needed and transport around town. We also did a big day trip in his tuk tuk to Lipton’s Seat, waterfalls and more.
Breakfast was an absolute highlight with delicious fresh cooked food from his wife and mother including a selection of fresh fruits, pol roti, pol sambal, pancakes and more. We loved sitting outside with the amazing view. Can’t wait to visit the next time we are back in SL!”
