Having had an accident while here on day 2 of a three months trip to India (totally ridiculous, a simple trip while walking turned into a torn knee ligament) and sadly because of this have to fly home with a serious leg injury and recovery time of 3 months. It has cut our trip very short and we are incredibly sad to be leaving in this circumstance. But the staff here have gone way above and beyond to support us and help us in so many ways and I cannot express how grateful I am/we are for your kindness and support through a bad situation. You have looked after us, laughed with us, shared chats with us, accommodated us, helped us so much which has filled my heart full of hope and happiness given the circumstance. From the bottom of my heart we thank you for everything you have done for us and it will not be long before I return to your beautiful country for take 2 of our aventure through India.”
“If you're looking for a place that epitomizes disappointment and frustration, look no further! This property should be renamed to "Nightmare on the narayana sanctuary by salvus." Upon arrival, we were greeted by filth that hasn't seen a cleaner in eons. The carpets were so grimy you could feel the crunch underfoot. Don't even get me started on the bathroom—it was a biohazard!
To top it off, the air conditioners were as useful as a broken fan in a desert. They hummed pathetically but blew out warm air, turning our room into a sauna. Sleeping? Forget about it. We sweated through the night like we were in a sweat lodge. When we complained to the staff—oh wait, "staff" is too generous a term for the apathetic zombies behind the counter—they shrugged indifferently and muttered some excuse about maintenance being backed up.
And let's talk about value for money. This place wouldn't be worth a penny, let alone the exorbitant amount we paid. We might as well have thrown our cash into a bonfire for the warmth it provided, which incidentally would have been more comfortable than staying here.
In conclusion, save your sanity and your wallet. This property is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.”
