“Amazing room, so cozy, spacious and pretty, I loved everything about it. I liked the decorations and the size, it's a little studio apartment. I booked for one night and stayed for much longer. The family is very sweet, super responsive and helpful, the view from the room and balcony is amazing, right at the mountains and perfect for star gazing. Location is perfect, short walk to town, just across the river, and away from the bustle. The rooms are kept warm and cozy in winter. I especially love the little but fully functional kitchen and sitting area. With the beautiful view, I spent some days drawing and writing here. It's my favourite place so far in Georgia”

It's 2 separate rooms sharing the deck with an amazing view and a well equipped kitchen for guests to use.

“The view is amazing. The room windows and balcony had a direct view of the mountaims and the church. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hostess was super friendly and welcomimg. They provided everything we needed.”
“A family run guesthouse of 4 private rooms with a common dining and kitchen area. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Very comfy beds with super nice bedlinen. Hosts are sincerely helpful and caring for their guests. Fantastic mountain views from all rooms and the common terrace.”

“Everything was incredibly good, clean room, cozy house, best view of Kazbegi mountain from the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed.
The owner is a very nice lady, came by and asked if we needed anything else.
