The rooms are quite basic, but very clean and comfortable. Location is good, and there is available parking. The view from the balconies onto the mountains is very beautiful. Breakfast is not directly available, only per order and for an extra cost. The hostess was very lovely, but if you don't speak Russian or Georgian, communication might be difficult.

The accomodation was more than perfect it was excellent. The owner was doing all that we had 2 beautifull owernights. Breafast was full and delicius and the houskeeper was flixible about the hour. We went to the mountines and it was great to have it earlier in the morning. The rooms and the bathroom was perfectlly clean. We can have cofee and tee any time. Every room has the balcony and the weiv to the mountines.

Nino was a lovely host for us, welcoming with very clear English. She prepared breakfast for us and made us feel very welcome in her home. The location is very close to town with easy walking. The balcony looked out over the mountains and the extra benefit of a kettle and fridge was very welcome. Thank you for a brief but very enjoyable stay in lovely Stepantsminda.

The host is absolutely amazing, so nice and kind. The room has a beautiful view with everything you need, and it has the best shower we had in all Georgia. Near by there is a local supermarket and some restaurants.

Even though you might think it's not necessary in Kazbegi, AC would be nice in the rooms, since at night it was still bit hot to sleep and we couldn't leave balcony open whole night because of street lights/noise.

Very comfortable, pretty and clean rooms. The hotel is new and nice overall. We had rooms with balcony and had a great view (even though it's difficult to get this part wrong in Stepantsminda). Host was nice and provided us with everything that we needed. Walking distance from the center. Recommended.

AMAZING PLACE, HOST, VIEW! Nino and her mother such a welcoming and nice people! You feel yourself like at home, rather than a hotel. We had great sit on the terrace with mountains view and glass of Georgian wine. We all had just warm feelings after stay in guest house Eltisy.

We were extremely impressed by Eltisy. This is a cosy brand new hotel located in the very centre of the city. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable and spacious, the mountain view is stunning and the service is flawless. There’s a wonderful terrace to have a breakfast outside. A perfect place to spend a weekend! Special thanks to the hostess who was friendly and nice.
