“The swiss vibes, the people working there and being very helpful. I am not a breakfast person but I will miss there breakfast. It’s not that far from Zermatt train station. Maybe 10-15mins walk.”
“This hotel is outstanding. Modern, a few steps from the station, heaps of eating places, breakfast and afternoon tea included. Upgrade to a view of the Matterhorn room was the icing on the cake.”

“Everything felt new and was spotless, the large room, the fantastic free spa area (bigger than expected!), quiet area very close to station, free transfer from/to the station, friendly staff”
“The hotel design is great, many apples decoration, matched with the theme Eden. Remember to try the bakery next door, the cinnamon roll is delicious; and use the shuttle bus service back to the train station. Our room faces directly towards the Matterhorn, the view is nice. Enough space for two large luggages. All staff are very friendly and helpful, who helped to reheat our instant food and cleaned up the room when they knew there’re flies inside (which is occasional).”
