“The ambience was beautiful. The seating area on the ground floor was stunning. We sat around the little pool and put our feet in the water but the water was absolutely freezing. Would be good to turn up the temp a little. The terrace was gorgeous and we found it tranquil and relaxing. We met Mohammed and Amine who were both wonderful hosts. It’s also a few minutes to the medina if you walk through an alleyway. If you get dropped by a cab make sure they drop and pick at cafe France.”
“Riad Lakhdar is located close to the centre of the Medina and gave easy access to the souks and places of interest. Whilst we never met the owner, the two staff running the establishment, Isam and Mohamed were very helpful is sorting out issues and informative about the history and culture of Marrakech. The breakfasts are substantial, if basic, and served on the roof terrace with good views.”

“If you are looking for elegance, luxury and calm, Road Dar Yasaman will absolutely not disappoint.
The staff were warm, courteous, and more than happy to make every accommodation for us. The Riad itself is absolutely stunning with it's green tiles and huge central palm tree, it was truly special. The location is also great, just far enough from the anarchy of souks to feel calm and relaxed, but close enough to be back in the thick of it within a few minutes.
And if you're reading this to help you choose between rooms, I can't recommend the deluxe suite enough. The room and view are gorgeous, the bed is enormous, and the gigantic bath is incredible (just give it a while to fill).”
