“A fantastic setting and a beautiful lovely house, tastefully decorated. The view and large balcony were amazing. The hosts Roberto and Lena were very friendly and helpful giving very useful advice on wine, culture and food trips in the region. Very knowledgeable and supernice. The breakfasts with local specialities provided a nice start of the day, meanwhile discussing interesting sightseeing from the hosts. They also provided bookings which was very nice. We can only givexthe highest recommendation to Villa Verdicchio:)”
“Located about 3 minutes from Urbino. No neighbors. No traffic noise. Large bedroom in what appears to be a totally renovated building. Large family room at the entrance with a wood stove keeping everything cozy. Large comfortable bed. Ample bathroom with double wide shower. Two minutes from two super grocery stores.”
“Andrea and his wife were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They had great recommendations for what nearby. (I really recommend GastroBi around the corner for some amazing locally sourced good.) Breakfast was included and amazing. The BnB is quite small so do let them know when you arrive so they can meet you. Definitely recommend and would book again.”
“The host is really friendly and accommodating. Although he doesn’t speak much English, goes out of his way to ensure guests are comfortable. He prepares coffee or tea each morning according to each guest's taste. The breakfast alongside that is mostly sweets though, which won't really fill you up if you're used to a larger breakfast.
The room was basic but had all the essentials, and guests can also use a shared kitchen and refrigerator. Though the bed could have been more comfortable, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly host more than made up for it. Fabriano is a lovely town, and if you have a car, the B&B is located well also for exploring the climbing spots in the Frasassi area.”
