“The hotel is not too far from the main highway and as such in an excellent location when travelling into Ukraine if you have to stop just inside the border (sometimes the border crossing can cause delays in onwards journeys etc).
The facilities are good with plenty of parking, guards on sight and all seems pretty secure. The reception staff were really helpful and we were taken to our rooms by staff who helped show us the way as these were in an annex. The rooms were comfortable and warm with comfortable beds and an adequate bathroom. The restaurant was clean and cosy with staff who were, again, willing to help (not many English speakers in this part of Ukraine).
We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was fresh and tasty with an extensive menu. Drinks and deserts were great!”

“The location is wonderful, next to the opera house and 2 minutes from the Rynok Square. The view from the restaurant is panoramic, as promised. From my room on the fifth floor, you could also see the tower of the Town Hall and the Latin Cathedral. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are nicely designed. Fancy breakfast with poached eggs, and they serve it until 11!”
