“Location and the staff were great. Kitchen facilities and showers/restrooms could be improved. More electrical equipments will help at busy time, e.g. microwaves, toasters and kettles. Kitchen facilities are a bit disjointed over two locations, which doesn’t help. More shower cubicles will help.”

“Very bad location- you cannot go out after 8pm- Due to some personal issues, I decided to reduce the dates of my stay and the hotel refused refunding- instead, they increased (double price!) the rate/cost of the room to get the full amount! Unacceptable and unethical- avoid this hotel- very bad experience”
