We didn't meet the owner but she checked regularly to see we were ok. It is nicely painted and clean, with a good supply of towels”
“Check in was very easy. Olga met us at the entrance and gave us all the instructions. She did not speak English but we understood her main points. Very accommodating. We were a little early and Arnaldo made it for us to drop off our luggage and do a kind of early check in. Place was cozy and comfortable. Very clean. All drinks and snacks were included. Coffee/tea were available to be made. Close to main central station and all the tour buses. 20 to 25 minutes walk (depending on your pace) to city center (Duomo, Galleria, ...).”
