“This a great place up in the village above Varenna. Rita was an amazing host. When our train was late, Rita organised pizzas for us for our arrival which was such a helpful thought and helped ensure we had a lift up to the hotel from the train station. We loved having breakfast sat outside in the lovely quiet courtyard. We got a great nights sleep as it is such a lovely, quiet area. Overall it is a great place with a super amazing host and we had such a great time there!”

“Exceptionaly nice staff. Metro right at the corner. Milano Centrale train very handy for Malpensa Express train from the airport, train to Lake Como and any other city you are continuing to. This is a new hotel so don't be put off by outdated reviews about the former hotel in the same building. Also, the area around the train station is safe and "normal". Had seen negative comments about that but I have to think they were made by people who are just not used to large cities.”
“What a wonderful hotel! Everything was amazing from start to finish. The room was lovely and clean, all facilities were great. We messaged ahead about the use of an iron and it was waiting for us when we arrived with an ironing board. We had a room with a balcony and lake view which was stunning. Breakfast was delicious and such a good variety. Great sun beds and pools and a lovely little spa that you can reserve a space in. The best thing about the hotel by far is the staff. The loveliest people that go above and beyond to help. I suffered a bit of a dental emergency and they sorted me out ice packs, medication, and even offered to drive to the pharmacy at 9pm to get me the tablets. They got me out of pain and able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. So kind and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you so much to Angela and Nicola!”
