Location hard to access and few facilities. No shops so you have to rely on the hotel for everything.

Quaint little hotel on the shores of Lake Como. We had a great view from our room across the lake looking towards George Clooney's villa (couldn't quite see it!). The hotel is charming although a little tired in places. The bathrooms could do with a refurb. Restaurant is a bit pricey for what you get. Road down to the hotel/village is quite hairy lots of blind bends to navigate and the village itself is very quiet with not many facilities.

Shower was a little small.

This hotel is a gem. We found it to be the ideal location for us since it was a quiet town and not too far for us to drive along the east side of the lake up from Como (1/2 hr). Parking is included right across the street. Our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view. Breakfast was good with lots of variety including scrambled eggs and bacon. The boat to Bellagio or Como (and other towns along the way) comes right to the dock of Fagetto Lario. They are very helpful at reception to help you find the times for the boats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished that we had stayed longer than 2 days.

Toilet seat was broken and yielded an adventurous sitting. Drive from Como not for the faint of heart.

The view was lovely out the balcony window... restaurant was delicious and accommodating but small portions for the price. Very good breakfast.

As the building is somehow old and the soundproof is not so good. You could even hear the movement next door, or someone using the bathroom. If you are quite sensitive to the sound, you might not be able to sleep well during nights. You need to consider the fact.

Quite easy to find and it locates by the lake. You can drive there easily. The hotel has got a very good restaurant and you can also eat there. They have a beach and you can enjoy it. But I didn’t use it due to cool weather.

The hairpin road going down to the property. If you drive a small car that would be OK, but with a family car, that was a challenge.

All the staff were wonderful! The bfast was great, you get a good view of the lake, less than 1 min walking distance to the ferry port.

We stayed in two different rooms, the second room was the family room which wasn’t as good as the first room. The double bed mattresses were quite old and uncomfortable. It’s great if you have a car and want to get to places but if you want to get around by busses, it’s a bit of an uphill walk from the accommodation which can be tiring but personally, this wasn’t much of an issue as it was a good experience.

We had very comfortable stay, staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the rooms we very clean and modern with great views. There was a local restaurant by the lake with delicious pizzas and mojitos. Hotel was a 2 mins walking distance from the lake.

Old building, not renovated for long time. Furniture used out, and especially bathroom needs an update:(

Nice place for short getaway from Como loudness and people. Cozy atmosphere at the end of the street makes it great for quiet evening. Great warm staff!
