“I came to HUMA to celebrate my 40th birthday. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that they upgraded my room to a deluxe suite which came with an amazing balcony and view of the sea. Not only that, they also hung a happy birthday banner in my room with balloons and gave me a wonderful piece of cake. In addition, we had a complimentary bottle of red wine in our room. The service was amazing. Everyone from the front desk, the breakfast staff and the beach staff were amazing. Mia who worked at the beach was very helpful and always had a smile and wished me a happy birthday. The beach is fantastic with wonderful views, the recommendations from the staff on great local spots were perfect, and we really enjoyed our time. It was difficult to leave, and I will definitely be back!”
“The staff were exceptional - the young guys, Matija & Balša deserve a special mention as they were super friendly & attentive, but all the staff were friendly & helpful.
The hotel was not the traditional one building but was separate buildings which we liked. We had a sea view & were not disappointed ~ waking up to that view every morning was wonderful & our room tastefully decorated. We did have an issue with our AC but the hotel comp’d us dinner to apologize & we appreciated the gesture. The garden p& pool area was well maintained.
The restaurant, located on the waterfront, was excellent both for breakfast (the usual buffet but plentiful & with gf bread) & dinner.”
