“The room had a good size and was clean, the personnel was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is very good as well. We asked for glutenfree breakfast at checkin and next morning the restaurant staff had prepared a big plate for us with glutenfree bread, bio yogurt and tofu. Great service. The breakfast itself was also a good choice to get you started into the day. One morning the bread was running short, but other days were ok.
The pool area is also nice, located in the top floor and a balkony with sun loungers and a great view onto the hillside.
Nothing we can complain about this place, I will book again next time in Karlovy Vary.”

“I was met with the owners immediately who sat me down and offered a coffee. The location was absolutely perfect. It was1 minute from the colonnades and most attractions. Any information I needed was duly answered by the owners. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also had a perfect view from the room.”

“Good hotel in the centre on a precinct but a good carpark at the rear .they let me put my motorbike in a garage for free .staff were friendly and helpful breakfast was easy going the room was good and spacious. Ideal place for seeing the city .”

The hotel is way understaffed, although everybody was nice and supportive but it always took a lot of time for you to get any support/help.

“Breakfast was good. plenty of choice. Tea was poor, coffee good. The cakes in the cafe were good, as was the service everywhere. The exception being the outside (front) bar area, which had less good service.
Room was good, clean and spacious.
The spa was reasonable, the hot sauna was excellent, the medium heat one was okay, the seam room was poor. No strong steam. My wife has a massage which she was pleased with. We didn't use the pool though many people did. The spa was open all day until 21:00 which was very good.”
