“Our stay was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fujiya. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and large ( by Japan standards). The Heritage hotel has lovely gardens and an onsen overlooking the hills. The staff was polite and courteous. Will recommend for family stays and will visit again if in Hakone !”
“It was a nice Hotel in a quiet and good location in Shinjuku. The rooms were clean and the hotel met our requirements. travelers looking for the Shinjuku experience- night life, clubs etc. will have to look elsewhere as this Hotel is located in the quieter west side of Shinjuku.”
“Very good value for money. The complimentary food and drink were much appreciated.
The hotel wasn’t particularly busy which probably helped for a comfortable stay.”
“The location is very convenient to visit Skytree & Asakusa. There’s about 50mins from the airport to the hotel, and you don’t even need to do any transfer. Also there’s a supermarket Aeon on the other side of the street.”
“The place is nice and clean. The common room is comfortable for sitting and working, but unlike other hostels, people don’t interact much with each other.”
“The location was perfect, around a 5-10 minute walk from Shinjuku station. The staff were lovely and helpful. There were guest laundry services which was awesome as we had been travelling a while and needed to wash our clothes. Staff helped with booking a taxis and coordinating our luggage delivery (as our luggage didn't make our flight).”
“Excellent Customer Service and the help we received when staying here.We would recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Japan.Close in proximity to train station and convenient stores made it so easy.”
“The place is good for families with kids. There’s a Lawson on first floor and a coin paid laundry. Also, free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea. Free beverages after 2pm.”
