“What to say about Efata Homestay? It is a small place run by the owners Ika and his wife, a wonderful couple who make you feel at home. It is an accommodation that is well worth staying for one night, it is like staying with a local family. The accommodation is very close to the temple, so you can get up early to take a walk around the temple at 6:30 when they open and no one is there. Many places to eat around. Stay at Borobudur, a small town and not in Yogyakarta! Stay at Efata Homestay! ¡Stay with a beautiful family, Ika and his wife, you won't regret it!”

“Beautiful location and wonderful, welcoming staff. Breakfast was lovely and they even asked about dietary restrictions (I have celiac and there were no problems). The place is close walking distance to Borobudur temple. The room has a nice view and was comfortable. The extra bed we requested was already set up upon arrival. The staff were very helpful in arranging transport for to from the airport and also for our activities the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
