  • Greenland house Review score: 10

“Had character in keeping with its age, stature and location”

  • “Ken and Gill were fantastic hosts, glamping pod was spotless, comfy and had everything you needed, breakfast was £12 but definitely worth the money to set you up for the day, cereal, home made bread, fresh fruit and yoghurt, selection of teas and filter coffee, fruit juice and a choice of hot cooked food, I had something different every day and I stayed a week. Highly recommend eriskay, a few minutes walk from aviemore centre and a hub to travel and see the surrounding areas, already booked for next year.”

“A warm welcome. Clear and friendly tour of the accommodation. 8-10 minute walk to town centre. Beautiful location with view of the loch.”

  • Hillhaven Bed &Breakfast Review score: 10

“Lovely and warm couple that runs the B&B, Fiona and Stephen, with a very cute little dog. The room had an excellent bed and shower and in the mornings there was a delicious breakfast. The hosts knew many nice places in the area that we could visit, which was very helpful. For us it’s certainly a place to visit again!”

“Stylish, comfortable room with great attention to detail; delicous breakfast with extensive choice, and wonderfully helpful host. We arrived on the doorstep a couple drowned rats, our bikes were put in a secure shed and our clothes dried - amazing welcome.”

  • The Shandwick Inn Review score: 8

  • Stonefield House Review score: 10

“Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of Portree but only a 5 min walk to town and onsite parking. Accommodation was immaculately clean and superbly decorated. The owner Kirsteen was an exceptional host providing helpful tourist information and delicious Scottish breakfasts. Best B&B we have stayed at in Scotland so far.”
