“Great location - very close to the sea, to all restaurants and shops. Greatest host!! - very helpful - you get everything you might need. There is always an access to drinking water, and a nice breakfast included. They also provide beach towels, umbrellas etc. They organized a taxi transfer way cheaper than you can get at the airport. One day there was a party at nearby café, but the music stopped at midnight, and other than that it was surprisingly quiet.”

“This property is an under-appreciated gem. We vacationed in Chania, but needed a one-night stay in Knossos, so that we can get to the Palace early in the morning to beat the heat. Persephone's Project was perfect for this purpose: less than 5 min drive from the Palace, in a quiet residential neighborhood, easy to park, and with plenty of good eateries within walking distance (one was recommended by the host, and it turned out to be excellent). Also bunch of coffee places nearbyopen as early as 6am, so we can get coffee comfortably, and still make it to the Palace by 8am opening time. The property is also very well kept, super clean and tidy, thoughtfully outfitted, with great bathroom. Value for the money for this place - I'd rate it 12 out of 10, if the system allowed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Knossos and looking for a comfortable stay. The host is great, by the way, communicated very well, met us at the property (she lives next door), and was very nice and welcoming.”
