“We enjoyed staying at the newly renovated building, which provided a significant improvement from the older accommodations. The updated interior was modern, comfortable, and clean. The housekeeping service was thorough and included daily cleaning of the room, changing towels, and providing a bottle of water.
The food at the main restaurant was buffet-style with breakfast (07:30 - 11:00), lunch (12:30 - 14:30), and dinner (18:00 - 21:00). There was a wide selection of dishes with vegetarian and some vegan options available. The snack bar near the main restaurant (11:00 - 17:00) offered additional options like salads, burgers, and ice cream.
Access to the private beach and pools was a highlight. Pool chairs were regularly organized and both of the big pools had bars with music and options for drinks and snacks.
Entertainment at the hotel included daily live music shows in the evening (expect for Friday and Sunday). There was also a massage area located near the main restaurant (not included in the all-inclusive package).
We would like to express our gratitude to the wonderful receptionist Michaela for her warm and welcoming presence, exceptional service, and kind gesture of allowing us to check out one hour later. It truly made our stay unforgettable to be able to continue enjoying the hotel amenities, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with access to the pool and a room to freshen up before our late flight. My overall experience was really value for the money I've spent, It was clean, quiet and had my locker to store my luggage and available plugs, light etc. The area is amazing, full of life and can cover all needs, starting from a swim, to a late night fun.
