“Great location, as close to Chamonix but Les Houches is the starting point for most of the climbers and personally I like it more. Shuttle bus station just in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast and good atmosphere. Nice hotel in a beautiful valley.”
“Gorgeous hotel. Very comfortable with amazing views of Mont Blanc from our balcony. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and made us and our two dogs feel very welcome. The food at both dinner breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Thank you. 😊”

“The hotel is well located and kept spotlessly clean by a team of polite and friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable and the toiletries were of good quality. The spa and aquatic areas are excellent and well maintained.
The selection of cold items of the breakfast buffet and hot drinks was very good.
Our room had a balcony providing a wonderful view of the lake which is of course the stand out feature of this location.”

“The hotel was a great location to view Lake Annecy and to walk into the Old town for the market and a wide choice of restaurants and cafés.
The hotel is modern and clean and although our room didn't have the best view, it was spacious and very comfortable.
All of the staff, including the cleaners, were welcoming and friendly.
We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant the first night for my partner's birthday which was delicious.
There was a bustling market on Friday and in the evening we enjoyed the atmosphere of the old town with crowds of people of all ages enjoying meals, drinks, music, dancing, and France playing in the Euros on the big TV screens. A really great atmosphere and end to our 2 night stay in Annecy.”
