There was nowhere to go in the evening for a stroll and therefore we had to eat in the restaurant attached to the hotel. I don't eat meat and accept this is a problem in France. I asked if I could swop salmon for noodles in the one dish I could eat and was told a flat no. I had explained in my best French that I was intolerant to gluten but no help or advice was given and I was brought the meal anyway to pick out the soggy vegetables from the noodle dish (these had been described as "croquant" but were very far from crunchy. In the hotel all was fine except the bed which was very hard indeed.

The hotel was well situated just off the motorway. The room was large and clean. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Receptionist was friendly when we arrived. We ate in the nearby bistro which we believe was affiliated to the hotel. This was handy as there didn't appear to be anywhere in the vicinity to eat.

Shower floor very slippery. Double room had towels for one person. The bistro which they recommended was very poor. The food was probably reheated from frozen as the top of the dish was hot but the meat at the bottom was cold

There is a "kitchen" smell in the lobby and on the hallways, they should do something about it. Also we found the cost of the breakfast a little bit expensive compared to what we were used in our trip, but that is a subjective matter

Good location near Geneva and easy to reach Chamonix also. The room was spacious, clean, large beds, comfortable. Very helpful staff. Free parking. Good wifi. Easy to reach objectives in the area.

In room 117 was problem the toilet seat was moving and soap missing in tube near sink. But there was soap in the shower. Don’t drink coffee on breakfast(not good coffee). These are things that can be fixed immediately.

The location is conveniently close to the highway and the Mont-blanc tunnel. After an 8hrs drive we made a last minute booking to recharge the batteries. It was a quick but perfectly pleasant stop despite the late check in: confortable rooms, good bedding, baby cot installed, very welcoming staff. We drove off as quickly as we arrived, but had time to grab a tasty breakfast. Good value for money

We were in the 0 floor, and the bathroom had a sewage smell… I hated that smell. Later I found out the entire 0 floor had that smell… but after we took shower I blocked the bathroom pipe with wet foot rug, and the smell was gone, so I kind of felt better then.

The location is a bit remote but quiet. We liked the restaurant. The staff is kind.

I booked this hotel because I had some business in Geneva, so it's very close to the border. A very good solution for business trips, if you have to go to the Geneva Fair and you don't want to spend too much. Clean room, very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Will come again if needed. Friendly and english speaking staff.

Breakfast could be a bit better, when you come late there is no meat anymore, the sausages and bacon are more cooked than fried. Some sort of fruits and/or plain Joghurt would be great. Its almost impossible to have a healthy breakfast.

Staff is very friendly, hotel lobby is very nice to sit and the rooms are very clean.
