“Such a beautiful property and some of the staff were truly exceptional. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed for the whole of the trip which we weren’t aware of, you could get room service served at the bar but many items on the menu weren’t available. The staff in the bar though pleasant enough were either over whelmed or simply not very organised. It took 30 minutes to get a glass of wine on our first night and the rest of the visit was no better. Such a shame as otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay.”
“Excellent organized self check-in, clear instructions and good communication with the host. Clean and well equipped apartment. Well connected to the central station and the city center. Nice and quiet neighborhood.”
“Excellent location. Fridge in the room. Even though the ue usually nobody from the staff at a reception (you communicate with one of several computers at a desk), check-in and check-out works well. Exemplary invoice is sent by email if you request it.”
