There were IT systems issues at check in which resulted in a lock out from my room on check out day, when I'd paid for late check out

Rooftop pool was lovely (better than the photos!) and breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff were friendly and multilingual.

Considering the hotel is actually called the “Social Hub” it was a bit surprising to find that the bar was shut for the entire evening that we stayed for some kind of corporate event. There was basically no way to get a drink at the hotel to relax with my colleagues. Wouldn’t have minded if we could have used a lounge or the lobby instead. But we were told to go out and find somewhere else. Also after I had my evening shower I discovered that it leaked really badly and that I had half-flooded my room. One of my colleagues had exactly the same problem in another room. Needless to say my shower the following morning was a very short one.

Good concept along the lines of Citizen M. some quirky facilities which were fun.

If one thing, the swimming pool is very small and crowded. It's impossible to swim if you actually want to.

Location is great, 15mins from city centre. Close to river. Room was nice, stuff was more than friendly. Facilities great! Restaurant is also great!

The room lighting was very 'over-head' and not brilliant when getting ready to go out.

The room space and layout were exceptionally well thought out. The mood was very 'arty' and laidback but actually would have been great for a business trip.

I liked the format of the hotel. It was like a hostel for mature adult travelers and workers. Lots of common areas, decent gym and rooftop pool. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Location was an easy 15 minute walk to the place du Capital.

The lighting was difficult to control and wasn't sufficient The room was hot, bedding too heavy and the air conditioning hard to control. The restaurant wasn't available to us one lunchtime as they were holding a private function

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t serving for the day we were there. We understand they were with short staff. But it was a bit disappointing

I really like the decoration, staff was helpful, breakfast is good. The room was amazing, and the hotel is central. The pool upstairs, unfortunately I couldn’t use it, but looks really nice. The basement gives us lots of good options with you decide to stay in the hotel.

The area is ok, just a walk and u are in the center. The hotel is near a university building and in the night or holiday a lot of homeless people are there, so it can be perceived as not so safe. Just walk on the main street and there is no problem.

Good concept, modern and a lot of social areas. Young atmosphere. Rooms are well equipped. If u stay for work u have plenty of spaces in the lobby. Good option for a long stay. Options to eat outside

There’s definitely a target market and very young clientele and staff this property is designed for. I really didn’t like the self check in or self check out but I guess that’s them lowering costs to an extent. Unfortunately the ground floor rooms have too much noise from outside also. Breakfast seems to have too many sweets and the eggs were not great at all. The vanity for the bathroom is also located in the room not the bathroom which is weird if you’re as a couple - for solo travellers it’s fine

The room rates are very cheap and for the right traveller this is a great place. It’s still about a 15-20 min walk to the heart of Toulouse.

Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. There were lots of spaces to sit in the lobby area. We didn't use the bar/restaurant. Airport shuttle drops off a short walk from the hotel. 10-15 minute walk to city center. Good options for bars and restaurants a very short walk from hotel. Staff were lovely - happy to look after bags before and after checkout.

Only thing the towels weren’t really clean.

The property was super cool for couples and young people i think! A lot to offer, billard, gym, pool, bar etc it was amazing. Very clean and you have your private space once in your room and you literally here anything which is cool. Staff very lovely.
